This will be a 2-hour experience to come together, release what’s been carried, and consciously re-imagine what moves forward—with you, and through you.
Through real-time nervous system practices and embodied reflection, you’ll learn what it feels like to transform at the rate of safety — expanding in partnership with your intuition and the rhythm of the universe.

Who’s leading this experience?
Hi. I’m Courtney.
I’m the Founder and CEO of Journey Through Bliss, a community that honors the potency of sisterhood by bringing together like-hearted women and creating a safe space for them to reclaim their patterns, their bodies, and their inner wisdom in the midst of full, fast-paced lives.
After walking through motherhood, profound personal loss of my husband, and the unraveling of everything I thought I knew, I discovered that healing doesn’t happen with more doing—it happens when you finally stop long enough to listen and enter into that sacred, often uncomfortable, space where you meet yourself again.
I created this community alongside my healing journey, in an effort to show others (and myself) that they can be the light in a world that can feel so dark.
At the heart of my work, and the motivation behind all of it, is a simple but radical belief: we were all born with magic. We just forgot. And remembering is always worth it.
I’m here to help women remember that—not just from a conscious level, but an authentic soul-level.
