Welcome to the Journey Through Bliss website and all associated programs, events, workshops, and community offerings (collectively referred to as the "Offerings"). Journey Through Bliss is a brand of Motherhood Collective, LLC, the umbrella organization under which all services and experiences are created and delivered.

By accessing this website or participating in any Offering—including but not limited to Permission to Pause, Embodied Yoga, Uplevel, and any future programs—you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Introduction

Journey Through Bliss is a platform for women seeking personal growth, spiritual expansion, nervous system regulation, and deeper community connection. Through various programs and gatherings, we offer science-backed practices, soul-aligned rituals, and meaningful support as you navigate the fullness of life.

These Terms of Use apply to all current and future Offerings under Journey Through Bliss and govern your access and participation.

2. Eligibility

Participation in our programs is open to women ages 18 and older. By enrolling or attending, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Program Descriptions

Each program—such as Uplevel, Permission to Pause, and Embodied Yoga—is designed for personal development and well-being. Please note that these offerings are not a substitute for therapy or medical care. They are educational and developmental in nature.

4. Fees and Access

Fees for Journey Through Bliss offerings vary depending on the program, package, or event selected. All pricing is clearly stated at the time of purchase and is payable in full upon registration, unless otherwise specified.

Access to Digital Content
Access duration may vary depending on the specific program or package you purchase. Some offerings include lifetime access, while others are available only for a limited window following the completion of the program (e.g., 3 weeks post-program). This will be clearly noted in each individual program description. If you are unsure about access duration for a specific product, we encourage you to read the program details carefully or reach out to us directly before purchasing.

Discounts and Promotional Pricing
Occasionally, discounts or special offers may be available. These are only valid:

• At the time of initial purchase

• For the specific program or product they are marketed with

• Within the timeframe stated in the promotion

Discounts cannot be retroactively applied, transferred, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

All purchases are non-refundable, as outlined in the Refund Policy below.

5. Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable. Once you gain access to the program materials, your payment is final.

6. Participation Disclaimer

We honor your intention to grow. Please understand:

• Results vary person to person

• Your transformation depends on your engagement

• These programs are not a substitute for professional mental or medical health services

7. Personal Responsibility

Your journey is your own. By participating, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for your emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being

• You agree to engage with integrity, curiosity, and self-awareness

• You commit to showing up for yourself within the scope that feels right for you

8. Intellectual Property

All program content—including recordings, videos, meditations, written materials, visuals, and methods—is the intellectual property of Motherhood Collective, LLC and/or Journey Through Bliss. You may not copy, reproduce, share, or modify content without explicit permission.

9. Confidentiality and Community Agreement

We honor vulnerability. Any personal information shared in private spaces (e.g., live sessions, member groups) is expected to remain confidential.

By joining any Offering, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of fellow participants

• Allow Journey Through Bliss and Motherhood Collective, LLC to use anonymized insights or feedback for improvement or marketing purposes (e.g., testimonials, surveys)

10. Events and In-Person Experiences

If you attend an in-person event hosted by Journey Through Bliss, you agree to:

• Follow all event safety guidelines

• Participate at your own risk

• Release the organizers from liability for accidents, injuries, or damages

11. Limitations of Liability

We do our best to offer powerful and supportive experiences, but we do not guarantee specific results.

Motherhood Collective, LLC and its affiliates are not liable for:

• Personal outcomes or perceived lack thereof

• Emotional responses during or after participation

• Any physical injury or loss during online or in-person involvement

12. Cancellations and Changes

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any program or event. In the rare event of cancellation on our part, you may receive a full or partial credit toward a future Offering.

13. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated at any time. Changes will be posted on the website, and continued participation indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
