Beginning on October 14, each day, you'll receive a 5-minute audio download—something you can listen to whenever it fits: during a walk, your commute, or your quiet morning moment.

You’ll also get simple daily “goodies” like a meditation, ritual, journal prompt, nervous system tools or mini activity—gentle invitations to go deeper, on your terms.

Quick, meaningful check-ins throughout the journey offer gentle accountability and remind you: you’re part of something bigger. A circle of women choosing to show up—imperfectly, honestly, together.

And because integration matters just as much as insight, we’ve built in intentional rest + integration days to let it all settle. These are your moments to breathe, reflect, revisit anything you missed, or simply pause and be.

Who’s leading this journey?

Hi. I’m Courtney.

I’m a mama to two energetic boys and the household CEO/nurse/chef/secretary—you know the drill. I’m also a certified yoga instructor, neurosomatics practitioner, self-discovery junkie… and widow.

That last word still catches in my throat.
In 2024, I lost my husband. The grief was massive—and the shock of losing the life I thought we’d have was just as heavy. His death cracked me open and pulled me into a new portal of awareness, spirituality, and deep inner work.

What’s kept me grounded through it all? My spiritual practice, my curiosity, and a deep trust in healing through many modalities.

I know life is a lot. And I know you’re already holding so much. But I also know how many women are craving more: more connection, more meaning, more trust in their own inner knowing.

I know because I’m one of them.

That’s why I created this space.
To offer something that fits into a full life—and helps you access the depth beneath the doing.

Because when you pause—truly pause—something magical happens. You remember what it’s supposed to feel like.
