Two session package

A two-series workshop blending neurosomatics and basic yoga principles.
Apply science-based nervous system tools to guide and refine your practice — on and off the mat.
Safely expand your range of motion.
Move with conscious alignment in every pose.
Deepen the ‘brain-body-mat’ connection.
Detect and defuse negative outputs/signals (pain, fatigue, stress) in real time.
Each session is one hour long and will be in a comfortable, (not hot!) room temperature studio.
